Sunset Shores offers a program of Day Health Services to people unable to live independently in their own home. Key support services are provided for the elderly and the caregiver. We offer a comprehensive program with Medical Services and Social Activities for the elderly. Under the supervision of the Professional Care Team, a Personalized Program of care is prepared to meet the needs of your loved one.

During this health crisis, our team has introduced Senior Wellness Checks to support our members under the CT Home Care Program for Elders. This also includes a minimum of 2 meals per day delivered for those clients homebound due to COVID-19. Remain connected with our clinicians and staff!
